Follow these steps:
1) Go to https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
2) Click in Piriform.com
3) Automaticly a setup archive will be downloaded
4) Wait until the download is finished
5) Open this archive
6) Select your language and click in next
7) Click again in next
8) Click in install
9) Wait until the installation is finished
10) Click in finish
