By using the Powerwash option it is possible that it will resolve certain issues with your Chromebook. For example problems with corrupted files in the operating system or driver issues.

However, as Powerwash will remove any user accounts and any data stored locally on your Chrome OS device. We recommend that before you attempt a Powerwash, you backup any data that is important to you.
