In today’s tutorial, we will teach you how to crop a picture in Word for macOS.
Open the Word document you need. Select the picture and go to ‘Picture format’ tab. Click on ‘Crop’. Adjust it as you need it and click on ‘Crop’.
If you click on ‘Crop’ you will see few more options.
You can crop to shape. Select the shape you want from the list and it will automatically crop the picture to shape.
You can use ‘Aspect ratio’. Select the ration you need from the list and it will automatically crop the picture.
You can use fill. In this case, any area of the picture that falls outside of the picture area will be cropped.
You can use ‘Fit’ option to fit the picture into the selected area.
