In order to create a professional presentation in order to grab the audience’s attention, we use Themes. Theme Colors, Fonts and Effects are not only available in PowerPoint, but are also available in Excel, Word and Outlook, so our Presentations, Documents, Spreadsheets and E-mails have a more cohesive look. If we are not satisfied with the Themes available in PowerPoint (which I doubt), we can also create our own Theme which will contain custom Colors, Fonts, Effect and Backgrounds. All we have to do is to open a built-in-theme and change its settings.
