HTo create and manage email folders in Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps:

Open Outlook and go to the folder list on the left-hand side of the screen.
Right-click on the folder where you want to create a subfolder, and then select /”New Folder/” from the context menu.
In the /”Create New Folder/” dialog box, enter a name for the new folder in the /”Name/” field.
Choose where to place the folder – either under the selected folder or as a subfolder to a different folder.
Click on /”OK/” to create the new folder.
To manage your email folders, you can do the following:

Rename a folder: Right-click on the folder you want to rename, select /”Rename Folder,/” and then type in a new name for the folder.

Delete a folder: Right-click on the folder you want to delete, select /”Delete Folder,/” and then confirm that you want to delete the folder.

Move a folder: Drag and drop the folder to the desired location in the folder list.

Mark a folder as a favorite: Right-click on the folder you want to mark as a favorite, and then select /”Add to Favorites./” The folder will then appear under the /”Favorites/” section at the top of the folder list.

Color-code a folder: Right-click on the folder you want to color-code, select /”Category,/” and then choose a color category to assign to the folder.

By managing your email folders in Outlook, you can better organize and categorize your emails, making it easier to find and manage them.
