This is a Microsoft Visio tutorial covering, how to create an organisational chart and manage shape data. the tutor starts off by creating a blank org chart. The tutor explains that shape data is adjusted, removed or added in Format Shape data. The tutor adds a new field and sets a sort order. Once the change to the Shape data fields is made the shape is save into a new stencil and renamed. This new amended shape is available with its changes to be used anywhere.
