To convert a word doc to a PDF, first open the Microsoft Word document you’d like to convert. In the menu bar at the top, click File. Then select Save As. Next to File Format, click the drop-down menu and select the PDF option. If you’d like to change the name of your file, type in what you want the file name to be in the text box labeled Save As. Choose the folder you want to save your PDF to. Then click Save. Your word document will then be converted to a PDF and saved in the folder you selected. Your existing word document will still remain intact.
