How to connect Razer Basilisk V3 to your computer, lights, DPI, keybinds settings?

Install Razer Synapse 3.0, plug in the mouse, it should appear in Synapse, in the list.
If you already have Synapse, just plug in the mouse and update as it will request, then restart, the mouse should be displayed in the list.
