Step-by-Step Guide:
Close Microsoft Teams: Exit the Microsoft Teams app completely.
Open Run Command: Press Win + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
Enter Cache Location: Type %appdata%//Microsoft//Teams in the Run dialog box and press Enter. This will open the Teams cache folder.
Delete Cache Files: In the Teams cache folder, select all files and folders except for the /”Logs/” and /”Settings/” folders.
Empty Recycle Bin: Right-click on the selected files and choose /”Delete./” Then, empty the Recycle Bin to permanently delete the cache files.
Restart Microsoft Teams: Launch Microsoft Teams again to apply the cache clearance.
