In this video, I show you how to clear the cache in Microsoft Teams.
Below are the steps in-case the video was too fast:
1. Quit out of the Microsoft Teams application
2. Open the ‘Run’ application.
3. Type in the following: %appdata%//Microsoft//Teams
4. Click ‘OK’
5. Delete the following items: blob_storage, Cache, databases, GPUCache, IndexedDB, Local Storage, tmp.
