Compatible Trusted Platform Module (TPM) cannot be found on this computer. Verify that this computer has a 1.2 TPM or later and it is turned on in the BIOS.

First of all, make sure that your motherboard truly has a TPM 2.0 chip. This component is usually present on most machines, but if yours is truly an old one, it might not have.

The TPM management tool built into Windows will show you whether your PC has a TPM. To open it, press Windows+R to open a run dialog window. Type tpm.msc into it and press Enter to launch the tool.
