The best and the easiest way to check if your RAM is working in dual channel mode or not is through a free utility called CPU-Z.

It should be noted that in order to work your RAM in dual channel, you need to have at least two RAM sticks as well as a motherboard with two free RAM slots.

Furthermore, dual, triple, quad etc memory configuration is not a function of the RAM sticks. It is a function of the CPU and the motherboard.
