If you are working for your global clients or traveling a lot then you can change the time zone and language settings in Outlook.com very easily. Keep in mind, that if you change the time zone in Outlook this will not update your meeting time. Let’s see the steps to change the time zone.

1. Open your web browser.
2. Type outlook.live.com in the URL bar, and press the Enter key on your keyboard.
3. Click on the Sign in button at the top right.
4. Type your outlook email, and click on the Next button.
5. Enter your Outlook password, and click on the Sign in button.
6. Click on the Settings gear icon at the top menu bar.
7. Click on the View all Outlook settings link at the bottom.
8. In the Settings pop-up page, click on the General tab on the left side panel.
9. Make sure the Language and time tab in the sub-menu panel is selected.
10. In the Language and time panel on the right side, click on the 1st drop-down of Language.
11. You will find a list of all languages. Select a language of your choice.
12. Click on the Date format to change the date display style.
13. Click on the Time format to change the time display style.
14. In the Time zone section, click on the Change link.
15. Click the drop-down of “Display my calendar in time zone”.
16. Select any time zone that you need.
17. Click on the Save button at the bottom.
18. This will change your time zone.
