2. DOUBLE CLICK ‘OEMBackground’ & change ‘Value data’ to 1, click ‘ok’ and close regedit.
3. GO TO: c://windows//system32//oobe//
4. CREATE NEW FOLDER CALLED ‘info//backgrounds’
5. SAVE IMAGE AS ‘backgroundDefault’. (N.B: image must be JPEG AND less than 256KB)
