There are two options- Grow font and Shrink font. Grow Font- This is used to increase the size of the font. Shrink font- This is used to reduce the size of the font. These are placed in the HOME tab.

HOW To Apply FONT Formatting
1. For the FONT FACE
On the Home tab, click the FONT FACE drop-down arrow.Select a FONT FACE from the menu and you can choose the font face option according to your choice.

2. For the FONT SIZE
On the Home tab, click the Font size drop-down arrow.Select a FONT SIZE and you can easily customize the font size according to you.If the font size you need is not available in the menu, you can click the Font size box and type the desired font size, then press Enter. The font size will change in the document.

3.For the GROW and SHRINK FONT
On the Home tab, click the GROW and SHRINK FONT drop-down arrow .seleselect the data and then go to home tab GROW and SHRINK FONT option. Where you can easily increase and decrease the font size .
