Here is how to cancel your Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription:

1. Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/
2. Select Services and subscriptions
3. Find the subscription you want to cancel, and select Manage
4. Select Cancel subscription
5. Select Turn off recurring billing or Cancel subscription
