If you use gmail for your e-mail, you can easily filter out unwanted emails from people who keep sending you stuff you don’t want to see. You can do this in two ways – either use this new extension : Block Sender for Gmail http://blocksenderapp.com – or you can do it manually.
First click on one of the unwanted messages and then on the show details link so that you can copy the proper full email address as shown below :
Next, I create a filter by clicking on the create a filter link at the top of the window. Next paste the offending address into the from field and run a test search by clicking the test search button – this will list every single message that matches the search criteria. Next, click on the next button and fill in the fields there to design the actions you want to take for mails that fit the criteria.
Normally, I just click the boxes that allows the unwanted message to bypass my inbox, and it get deleted. Once this is done, you won’t see these communications again, past and future, because they go straight to the trash bin.
