Learn how to add unit to a cell in Excel automatically.

Here are the steps for whole number.
1) Select a cell
2) Ctrl + 1
3) Number Tab — Custom
4) Under /”Type/” text box, enter the following.
0 /”pcs/”
5) OK
6) Apply to all cells using Format Painter.

Here are the steps for decimal number (float/real).
1) Select a cell
2) Ctrl + 1
3) Number Tab — Custom
4) Under /”Type/” text box, enter the following.
0.000 /”kg/”
5) OK
6) Apply to all cells using Format Painter.
