I got sick of getting office chairs that were $300 and having them break down in 1-2 years, so two years ago I decided to get the Steelcase Gesture. I know it’s expensive, and I had my doubts when I ordered it, but I’m glad I did.

It’s already been worth the money in comfort alone and I wish I’d saved up the cash and pulled the trigger on a good desk chair years ago, considering that a lot of us work from home now and spend a good deal of time on our rumps in front of computers.

TL;DR: it’s the best home-office investment I’ve made for my comfort and productivity.
