There’s some galaxy brained marketers who like tossing money into a fire pit over at Time-Warner. This didn’t warrant an entire video but I figured it was worth calling out how a company can fail yet again at UX.
HBO Rebranded yet again this time from HBO Max to…. Max. And they require yet-another-app for some reason. They also managed to make the experience worse on the Apple TV by using the non-native player.
HBO Go was fantastic, HBO Max was… fine. Now we have Max and it’s worse.
