Breaking Windows 10 + F-Secure Antivirus (Smartscreen ON and Firewall ON).
In this example, both attacker and victim are connected to the same LAN and the malware (fully undetected by Antivirus) is delivered using a classic ManInTheMiddle attack + Phishing (fake update page) technique, but any other vector (also not local) can be used (e-mail, USB drive and in general any social-engineering-based techniques).
