this for chromebook password lock problems and how to hard reset the password on chromebook.
instructions to chromebook password reset.
turn on your chromebook.
when it asks for password
press all these commands together.
ctrl + alt + shft ( hold these together ) and then press R.
AN option will pop up asking for powerwash, click yes , connect to your wifi , and then it will install all the updates
and after the updates are complete , you can setup the chromebook with your credentials.
NOTE: DURING POWERWASH THE OLD USER MIGHT LOOSE SOME INFO , BUT MOST INFORMATION IS SAVED IN GOOGLE CLOUD.
