(@)Mentions is a cool feature in Outlook for Microsoft 365 to get someone’s attention! If your organization uses Outlook for Microsoft 365, you can get someone’s attention in an email message. Just type the @ symbol, followed by their name in the body of the email message or meeting invite. Their email should pop up so you can select it. This highlights the person’s name in the email and adds their address to the To line in the email automatically. When they receive the email, they will see the @ symbol next to the message in their inbox.
You can even sort your emails by Mention!
