The scvhost.exe is a service that runs in the background which tends to use more CPU 100% and memory, causing the computer to slow down. This video will show you how to stop the over usage, and fix the computer service /”windows update/” .

By disabling the service however you will not be getting the latest updates, but usually its nothing significant. You can enable it again anytime you want.

Method to similarly fix this:
Open control panel – go to System and Security – Administrative Tools – double click /”Services/” – Find Windows Update from the list – Right Click Properties – Stop the service – Configure Startup as Disabled and apply

This is technically the easiest and most common solution
There is a possibility you have had a virus attack on your registry and might need to update your Anti-virus, Try Avast!, AVG, or Norton etc
Another reason could be that your config entry in the registry is corrupt and you might need to reconfigure it. This is shown in the video.
And another reason could be the wireless adapter itself by updating, reinstalling etc
