This is a quick video on how to fix the error message: The program can’t start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

This error message would pop up every time I would sign on or lock the computer. I resolved it by reinstalling the Visual C++ package from Microsoft. Link below:
