c:/eg unload hklm//temp
**Exclusive key deleted and temp registry unloaded***
Step 5:
c://dism /image:c:// /get-packages /format:table
c://dism /image:c:// /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~17763.973.1.6
**get-package again to check install and uninstall pending state***
c://dism /image:c:// /get-packages /format:table
c://dism /image:c:// /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~17763.973.1.6
**again found install pending and removed by command***
Reboot your system and your system is fixed of inaccessible boot device error.
