In this tutorial, I have shown two simple methods using which you can easily get rid of the watermark /”windows is not genuine/” on build 7601 and 7600 in Windows 7 with ease.
When the issue arises, you practically lose the functionality of setting the windows background (wallpaper) with the screen going black.

Please note that /”Rearming Windows/” is a process to extend the trial period of a Windows operating system using the /”slmgr -rearm/” command, and is technically legal as long as it is done within the limits specified (maximum 3 times) by Microsoft and used solely for evaluation purposes.
