4. Re-register all apps
open command prompt run as administrator and type command :Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)//AppXManifest.xml”}
5. Restore your system to previous working state
