I get the following error message/notification while try to access my /”Snapchat/” application in my new android mobile:

This error solution is common for android,tablet,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and naugat also.

Some error occurred devices are samsung,snapprefs,s6,s5,s4,samsung s5,asus,asus zenfone,black berry,htc,htc one,panasonic,micromax,moto e,moto g,moto x,moto z,nexsu,google pixel,yureka,one plus one,gionee,redmi,lenovo,lg,le eco,lyf,honour,vivo,genymotion,samsung galaxy and note devices and sometime ios iphone also.

Solution:

1.Goto your android settings-Intelligent power saving.

2.Untick the snapchat application.

3.Then go back to one step and goto /”Apps/” or /”Application manager/” section.

4.Choose /”All/” Tab and also click this icon … and select /”Reset app preferences/” option.

5.Locate /”Snapchat/” app and click to open it.

6.Click /”clear data/” and /”Move to SD card/” options.

7.Finally once restart/reboot your android the problem is solved.
