So if you want to share any printer which is on LAN then some time this error come out. To resolve this problem I will show you the step by step process. If you have printer server/Host and facing this issue with error Windows cannot connect to the Printer – Operation failed with error 0x0000011b. this error is happening due to some windows policy update, where some operation affected and shared printer not able to connect to PCs. this error may be come with some network issue also. but if your network is ok and your pc is able to find that printer at you printer server host and creating issue to connecting then you can apply this method by registry editor and your printer will connecting and work properly and Completely get rid off with problem of Operation failed with error 0x0000011b.
