Step 1) Restart PC
Step 2) Launch Minecraft launcher as an administrator
Step 3) Repair/Reset Minecraft launcher
Step 4) Uninstall and reinstall launcher
Step 5) Uninstall and reinstall Windows 7/8 version of Minecraft launcher

Step 6) Uninstall and reinstall gaming services
Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 7) Login with same account in Xbox app and Microsoft Store app
Step 8) Install all the Updates in Microsoft Store
Step 9) Update Windows
Step 10) Run wsreset command
