Keyboard shortcuts not working correctly in Microsoft Teams? There are a few ways you might be able to resolve this issue and restore keyboard shortcut functionality.

1. Update the Teams Application

2. Launch Teams and press CTRL + the period key. Then you can check the shortcut keys menu.

3. Exit Teams and relaunch Teams. Try again.

4. Check your keyboard layout in Windows Settings – Time & Language – Language – Preferred Languages. Make sure it’s set to the correct langauge (e.g. for United States, would be English (U.S.)
