Fix Intel HD Graphics Scaling Issue on TV Screen

This is a very common problem that frustrates people and it’s very easy to fix. Scaling HDMI screen with Intel HD graphics

First, make sure you have the latest graphics driver

If you’re still having a problem, try looking in your TV Settings. PC Input only works on a VGA connection and won’t work on HDMI so have a dig around a look for screen settings.
