I was given a new in the box Amazon fire tv stick with Alexa voice remote, on set up I connected it to my wifi and then I get the updating message. after that it says-
Amazon fire tv stick stuck at unable to update.
now it gets stuck on that /”unable to update/” Error screen.
Very frustrating as I’ve tried about 30 times to make it update but it doesn’t work.
Can anyone help me with this problem, please
Ps: already tried -Your Amazon Fire TV is frozen on the update screen. Restart your Amazon Fire TV by disconnecting the power cord for three seconds and then plugging it back in. An error message says the software update was not successful.
