1.Goto your source file and right click on it and goto /”Properties/”.

2.Here you can choose /”security tab/” and goto /”Advanced/” settings.

3.Now you can click to open /”change/” option and then you can enter your pc name for example/”arunkumarn/”.

4.Then click to /”check names/” and click to /”save/” all the settings tab.

5.Now again select your source file and right click on it and goto /”properties/”.

6.Then choose/”security/” tab and this time you can click to /”edit/” option and choose your /”administrator/” account.

7.Here you can untick /”deny/” option and finally click to /”save/” all the settings.

8.Once again check same mp3 file now the vlc media player file reading failed problem is solved.
