Today i get the following one error notification while i try to delete the one image file :

File In Use

The action can’t be completed because the file is open in COM Surrogate.

Close the file and try again.

How to fix the action cannot be completed because the file is open in com surrogate :

1.Here i get this problem in my windows 10 pc.

2.At same time this trick also works on windows 7,windows 8 and 8.1.

3.Very simple method to solve this issue is just open your task manager.

4.And then select /”Details/
