Here I am showing the easy way to solve the webcam or camera problem

Step 1: Go to the search bar and type /”Regedit/” then open the Registry Editor.

Step 2: Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE // SOFTWARE // Microsoft // Windows Media Foundation // Platform

Step 3:Create new DWORD key (32 bits) and type /”EnableFrameServerMode/” Set value 0.

This tutorial work for any laptop or desktop webcam which is operated by Windows 10.
