If your computer asks for your BitLocker recovery key, this video will help you find it. BitLocker encrypts your hard drive to protect your data, but sometimes it gets a little unhappy and needs a recovery key to decrypt the drive. Fortunately there are a number of places you might be able to find this key if you haven’t got it to hand.
