Copying and Moving data
In excel you can remove, duplicate, or move data. You can either paste only formatting, the data without the formatting, or a formula. You don’t have to retype something you want to move. Also prevents spelling or typing errors. With Live Paste Preview, you can see a preview of how the data will be shown when pasted. We also discuss the paste special option and the difference between the most popular types.
When you copy data, the original data is duplicated, you have the original as well as the copy. But when you move data, the data is removed from it’s original location and placed in a new location.
We also discuss how clipboard can be used to copy data. You can use clipboard to copy or move data within worksheets or workbooks.
You can also copy data using drag function. Hover cursor over small square in bottom right corner. Click and drag data. To prevent Excel from autofill, hold Ctrl button and drag.

We discuss several methods to insert and delete rows. This can be done be either using the Insert/Delete commands from the Ribbon, or by right clicking on the rows/columns themselves.
Aside from inserting and/or deleting rows or columns, you can modify the size of the cells, or adjust the height of a row or width of a columns. Again, there are several methods to do that which we discuss in the video. We also show a quick method of auto adjusting all columns/rows simultaneously.
