1. Introduction to Excel Ribbon
1️⃣ The Ribbon is the top section of the Excel window, containing all tools and commands.
2️⃣ It is divided into Tabs such as Home, Insert, Page Layout, Formulas, etc.
3️⃣ Each Tab contains multiple Tool Groups related to specific functions.
4️⃣ The Ribbon dynamically changes based on the selected Tab.

2. Excel Tabs and Their Usage
Each Tab contains different commands for specific tasks:

Home Tab: Basic formatting, copy-paste, font settings, alignment, etc.
Insert Tab: Charts, tables, images, shapes, and other elements.
Page Layout Tab: Page setup, print settings, and themes.
Formulas Tab: Functions, formula auditing, and calculations.

4. Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) & Its Customization
1️⃣ The Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) is a customizable section above the Ribbon.
2️⃣ It provides fast access to frequently used commands like Save, Undo, and Redo.
3️⃣ To customize QAT:

Click the dropdown arrow on the QAT.
Select commonly used commands like Print, Open, New, etc.
Choose More Commands to add additional tools.
