Navigating Excel without using your keyboard can save lots of time.

To copy data, you can either use your mouse to drag the bottom corner of the cell or copy and then paste the data.

However to instantly copy data from the cell to the left, use the shortcut CTRL + R.

If you have multiple cells to fill, hold down shift and press the right key to select your cells, and then use the CTRL + R shortcut to copy the cell.

You can also copy cells downward using CTRL + D.
