To make the data easy to read, we want to show all negative numbers as red.

Select the cells either right click or press ctrl + click, and go to format cells.

Go to ‘Number’ and under ‘Negatives numbers’ select the formatting you want.

We also recommend using a comma separator and less decimal places to make numbers easier to read.

After clicking ‘Ok’, negative numbers will now display in red
