Unable to run the dism online scans and getting the error message /”Error: 87. The cleanup-image option is unknown. For more information, refer to the help by running DISM.exe /?/”
You can fix the issue easily by running the following two commands

sc.exe config trustedinstaller start= auto
net start trustedinstaller

There is a space before /”auto/”.
Then Run the dism commands again.
