Enable/Disable Disk Quotas in Windows 10/8/7 [Tutorial]

The following tutorial demonstrates how to enable or disable disk quotas when you’re using a version of the Windows 10 operating system.

If you have more than one user account on your PC then enabling Disk Quota make sense, as you don’t want any user to use up all the disk space. In such cases, the administrator can enable Disk Quota from where they can allocate each user a specific amount of disk space on the NTFS file system volume. Additionally, Administrators can optionally configure the system to log an event when the user is near their quota, and they can either deny or allow further disk space to users who have exceeded their quota.

This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7 operating systems.Works for all major computer manufactures (Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Samsung).
