Does the new Windows 10 Ultra Performance Mode make any difference in game fps? This video shows GTA V benchmark performance in the three different Windows power options: Balanced vs High vs Ultimate performance mode.

FPS testing done with Fraps, the PC was restarted after each testing and with only Fraps running in the background.

If you want to get the Ultimate performance mode in the power settings your PC must run the Windows 10 Enterprise version with the 2018 April update. But if you don’t have the Enterprise version follow some tutorial on how to enable it.
