Your message could not be delivered because you don’t share a server with the recipient or you disabled direct messages on your shared server, recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends, or you were blocked by the recipient. This is a Discord Video with Clyde blocking all messages even in servers which I own. And even in groups. It shows it standard Discord Clyde message which shows when you are blocked by someone in DM or if the person is not your friend and does not allow DM’s from server members.
