You can easily disable efficiency mode on Google Chrome in Windows 10/11. Firstly, you need to delete the desktop shortcut for Google Chrome. You can recreate it later. Secondly, unpin the Google Chrome shortcut from the taskbar. Now, go to the Windows Search bar and search for Google Chrome. Right-click on it, then select ‘Open file location.’ Right-click on Google Chrome again, select ‘Properties,’ and then ‘Target.’ Paste the following code there. Note: There is a space before –disable

–disable-features=UseEcoQoSForBackgroundProcess

Click ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’. Now, you can recreate the desktop shortcut and taskbar shortcut. To do that, search for Google Chrome in the Windows Search bar, right-click, and select ‘Pin to taskbar.’ To create a desktop shortcut for Google Chrome, right-click again, choose ‘Open file location,’ then right-click on Google Chrome, select ‘Show more options,’ ‘Send to,’ and ‘Desktop (create shortcut)’.
The efficiency mode will now be disabled for Google Chrome, even if you open it from the desktop or taskbar. Hope this helps! – Iviewgle/”
