1.Select Your Data: Highlight the range of cells you want to convert into a table.

2.Use the Shortcut: Press Alt + A + E. This opens the Create Table dialog box.
Confirm the Range: Excel will automatically detect the data range. Make sure it’s correct.

3.Check the Header Option: If your data has headers, ensure the /”My table has headers/” box is checked.

4.Click OK: Press Enter or click OK, and your data will be formatted as a table with filter options and alternating row colors.
