Hey guy’s R4GE VipeRzZ here, and today I’m going to show you how you can create a local account on Windows 11.
In order to allow the creation of a local account in the Windows 11 setup we will first need to ensure the machine doesn’t have an internet connection. Then once we have done that, we will then need to disable to network requirement with commands.
Commands used:
cd oobe
BypassNRO.cmd
Disabling the network requirement will allow us to continue the setup without internet, and thus give us the option to create a local account instead of an online Microsoft account.
