Unable to connect to Bluetooth device like earphones or keyboard and getting error message /”Couldn’t connect/” in Windows 10 or Windows 11? You can fix it easily! Right click on the start button – device manager – Bluetooth. Double click on Bluetooth to expand it. Right click and uninstall your Bluetooth driver which will be named with /”wireless Bluetooth/”. Don’t remove/delete, just uninstall as shown in the video.
You can find your Bluetooth easily it easily by turning off Bluetooth on your system. Or your can uninstall all items under Bluetooth. But don’t delete! Just uninstall as shown in the video.

Now turn off your Bluetooth on your system and device. Now connect again! You’ll have to pair again.
